GradCard プライバシーポリシー
田中幹久（以下「開発者」）が提供するアプリ「GradCard」（以下「当アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、以下のとおり個人情報の取り扱いに関する方針を定めます。
1. 取得する情報について
当アプリは、原則としてユーザーの個人情報を取得いたしません。当アプリにはグラデーションの交換機能が搭載されており、アプリを起動した段階で設定した表示名が他のユーザーの検索画面に表示されます。この表示名はアプリ内でユーザーが設定するものであり、一切の情報も取得いたしません。
2. お問い合わせについて
バグ報告や機能に関するお問い合わせは、専用のGoogleフォームにて受け付けております。
3. 免責事項
当アプリにより生じたいかなる損害に対しても、開発者は一切の責任を負いかねます。
4. 改定について
本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または公式サイト等にて通知いたします。
This Privacy Policy outlines the guidelines for handling user information in the application "GradCard" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), provided by Mikihisa Tanaka (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer"). The Developer respects and is committed to protecting user privacy.

The display name set by the user within the App may appear on other users' search screens. This display name is stored locally on the user's device and is never collected, stored, or transmitted by the Developer.

Bug reports and feature-related inquiries are handled through a dedicated Google Form. Information entered in the form is used solely for responding to inquiries and will not be used for any other purpose.
3. Data Handling
The App does not use analytics tools, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies. All information generated or configured within the App remains on the user's device and is not transmitted or stored externally.
4. Disclaimer
The Developer is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the App. The Developer is also not liable for issues arising from the user's device environment, network conditions, or other external factors.
5. Revisions
This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. Significant changes will be notified within the App or through official channels.
